1. Design Process
The design process of a hotel begins with conceptual sketches to get a sense of what the Hotel Owners’ preferences are, followed by working drawings (site plan, floor plan and elevations) for presentation purposes, appraisals, and funding.
2. Requested Hotel Design Proposals
A. Preliminary Design Proposal
The preliminary design proposal consists of an initial site plan, building floor plans, individual guest unit furnishing plans and exterior elevations.
B. Construction Drawings
Construction documents include all design disciplines, including site, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs.
C. Reflected Ceiling Plans
Reflected ceiling plans show lighting, ceiling heights, materials, finishes, and design details for the Lobby, guest corridors etc.
E. Light Fixture Proposal
The Light Fixture Proposal consists of interior and exterior specifications and the physical appearance of all light fixtures proposed for the entire development.
D. Interior Decoration Proposals
Interior Decoration Proposals include colour boards, drawings, and material samples showing the proposed décor scheme for the public areas and typical décor schemes for each guest room type. Décor proposals must describe the finishes and style of all hard goods, soft goods, case goods, Millwork and decorative mouldings, interior finishes, lighting (including decorative), artwork, fixtures, and equipment that comprise the interior of a space.
E. Millwork (i.e. Registration Desk, Restaurant Buffet Station, etc.)

F. Exterior Color Scheme and Finishes
Exterior Color Scheme and Finishes is a professionally prepared coloured rendering or exterior elevation showing the typical colours and finishes proposed for the exterior.
G. Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
Those Drawings show the complete design of the Fire Detection and Alarm Systems.
H. Fire Suppression System
Those Drawings show the complete design of the Fire Suppression system.
I. Landscape Design Proposal
This proposal is drawings show the complete landscaping design for the entire hotel development.
